King of the Key

King of the Key privacy policy.

King of the Key collects no data. It has no account, no network connection, no analytics, and no advertising.

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Summary

King of the Key is a 1 or 2 player platform game for iPhone. It is developed by Ambrosio Gomez (“we”), with support provided through AGDev1. We do not collect any data through the app.

Information the app stores on your iPhone

Only the game's own records and settings, none of which identifies you:

  • Your best time on each level.
  • How many cups you've played and won against the computer on each difficulty, and how many 2-player cups you've played.
  • Your settings: sound, haptics (vibration), motion, CPU difficulty, and button size.

These stay in the app's storage on your iPhone. The game has no account and no profiles, and it never sends them anywhere. Like other app data, they are included in your iPhone's own backups, which are handled by Apple under your Apple Account.

Information we collect

None. The app has no network connection and does not send any data to us or to anyone else. It contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party software that collects data. We don't sell or share data because we don't have any. On the App Store, the app's privacy details are “Data Not Collected.”

Permissions

The app doesn't ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or notifications.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. Those are collected by Apple under Apple's privacy practices, and you can turn them off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Children

King of the Key is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no information from anyone, it collects no information from children.

Your rights

Because we don't collect or hold your information, we have nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Deleting the app removes it, and your records with it, from your iPhone.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated together, and the effective date above will change.
