In your own words

A journal, not a tracker.

Most apps turn your experience into scores. Alis keeps your words exactly as you wrote them, and puts them at the top of the page your doctor reads: the three things you most need to discuss, in quotation marks.

  • 30-second check-in
  • One-page visit PDF
  • No account
  • Stays on your iPhone
01

Say it in your words

Rate how hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, brain fog, and mood were today, and write or speak anything you want to remember. No streaks, no guilt.

02

Lead your appointment

Build one page with your top three concerns, what's changed since your last visit, what you're taking, and your questions. Share it as a PDF or show it on screen.

03

Did you feel heard?

After the visit, note what your doctor said and track the plan. If you didn't feel heard, Alis helps you note what wasn't covered and plan what to say next time.

04

Yours alone

No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Lock it with Face ID. Notifications never show what you wrote. Export or delete everything anytime.

Alis helps you organize and share your experience. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Common questions

Alis, explained.

For anyone in perimenopause or menopause who wants to be heard at the doctor's office.

What is Alis?

Alis is a private journal for perimenopause and menopause. Check in about how you're doing in your own words, see your patterns over time, and bring a clear one-page summary to your appointment, led by what matters most to you.

Does Alis diagnose anything or tell me what's working?

No. Alis describes what you logged. It never diagnoses, attributes cause, or recommends starting, stopping, or changing a treatment. That conversation belongs with your doctor.

Where is my information stored?

Only on your iPhone, in protected storage. Alis has no account, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. It is also kept out of iCloud backup unless you choose to include it.

What does my doctor see?

Only what you choose to share. The visit page is one US Letter page: the three things you most need to discuss in your own words, what's changed since your last visit, what you're taking, and your questions. Share it as a PDF or show it on your screen.

Is it for me if I'm not on hormone therapy?

Yes. Alis is for every path through menopause: natural, early, or surgical, on hormone therapy or not. It is neutral about treatment.

How much does Alis cost, and which devices does it support?

Alis is free, with no ads. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
