Include your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots help, but please leave out student names or other personal information.

Reading reminders do not arrive

• Reminders are turned on separately for each session. Open the session and check that reminders are on.
• Open Settings → Notifications → Zone Check and turn on Allow Notifications.
• To receive reminders while a Focus mode such as Do Not Disturb is on, also turn on Time Sensitive Notifications.
• Reminders are a convenience. Always follow the Next WBGT reading time shown in the session.

Saving and exporting records

Sessions are stored only on your device. Zone Check has no account or cloud service, so the developer cannot see, restore, or recover your sessions. To keep a copy of a session, open it from History and export a CSV file to Files, email, or another app you choose.

Policy questions

Zone Check supports implementation of the selected heat-safety policy, such as the Texas UIL WBGT guidance for the 2026–2027 school year. It does not replace professional judgment, emergency procedures, medical advice, or decisions required by your school or organization. Zone Check is not an official UIL product and is not endorsed or approved by UIL.
